tying up loose ends

The last couple of weeks have been spent closing doors and watching new ones being opened. I canceled my lease, internet, health insurance and bank account in Germany. At the same time I got a roommate, apartment, and community garden plot in the States. Last night I spent what is likely to be one of my last evenings at the Bonnet's home and they helped me to send out invitations to my going-away party.

Life goes on, however, and I need to run out and make copies for Bible study tonight and call the Goerings to see if Jenilee and Nathan (who are visiting from the States this month) plan on coming. Afterwards I plan on going to the local outdoor market to get some fresh veggies for dinner guests this week. Yum.
