Mood: jumbled threads of everything
Stage notes: Bonnet kids watching ''Astrix in Amerika'' video
Seven of us met this morning for several hours to make plans for the next school semester which begins in early October here. English conversation has been going well enough that we think that we will begin meeting at the University Mensa which offers more space. We are also thinking of splitting into two Bible studies, one in English at my place, and one in German at Michael's. Later tonight I'm having dinner at the home of a student from English conversation. Please pray that that time goes well.

Mensa? As in the group for folks with high IQs? ;)
In German the word ''Mensa'' means cafeteria, especially one at a university. In Latin it means ''mind, table, and month''. This is the meaning the society for intellectuals uses. It is supposed to suggest a regular ''meeting of minds''. (sorry, parenthesis don't work quite the same on German keyboards)
