Stage notes: Sally is on a plane to Ukraine right now!

Sorry for the last post being so truncated and my lack of communication over the last few days. I'll be in Berlin from October 1-7, and this has caused my week to be unduly hectic. I'm hoping that I will have more opportunity to post in Berlin.

Prayer requests:
-Yesterday I passed out CSK information at Martin's university. Pray that people would be receptive to it.
-We are hoping to start an English language Bible study at ''my place'' in October. For this to happen, I first need a place that is mine :), and we also need people who are interested in coming.
-That my faith in God's power to work here would be strong.
-That Sally would remain encouraged in Christ as she works in Ukraine with the Peace Corps over the next 2 years.
-That I would be able to have solid conversations in Berlin with people at the conference I am attending and as I meet people in the streets.

Highlights of the week:
-I sucessfully baked brownies for English conversation yesterday without having US measuring cups or knowing the Fahrenheit to Celcius temperature conversion. Who needs directions anyways?
-I was able to talk to Sally for only the second time since I have been here. I only had money for a 35 min. conversation, but it was very nice to catch up with her.
-My mother decided to visit Germany in January.
