Stage notes: quiet house, getting out the books to study

For a couple of days I might not be posting much. Many of you have asked me to write you personally, and I'm way behind. I'm trying to take a few days to get caught up. Some letters I started so long ago, they are already out of date! Hopefully I will get to the post office and have everything taken care of this week now that WJT is over.

Notable news/Prayer requests:
-My school found me an apartment that is a bit closer to the inner city and which will allow me to try for my visa again at a different office.
-A big thanks to Christine for sending me my replacement credit card which arrived today!
-The parents of a few local kids have asked me to give them English lessons on Tuesdays. Please pray that I will do a good job and that I might be able to connect with the kids in a meaningful way.
-My next test is this Thursday. Argh!
-Jonathan Bonnet here, and Jaclyn Brett in the US are having their 1st days of school this week.
