Mood: productive
Noise: friends talking quietly in Japanese
After eating lunch together and playing around with some oragami, my friends and I began a study session which has lasted for the past 8 hours. This post is being written in our first break, for which we have 10 minutes. I'm feeling super productive and also super tired.
We would all like to take a really challenging German exam in the fall, however, and we have a lot to learn in a very short time. So. . .break's over.
P.S-Please pray with me that:
-Thomas Lobe would find a job
-the church here would find a way to get funding to me
-I would be able to extend my visa in the fall
-that I would be actively learning German language and culture as well as keeping up with my friendships here
-that the Goerings and Simmons would have an encouraging and productive time in the US (both families are there for approximately the next 4 weeks)
-that Sally Behrenwald would get permission from the Peace Corps to visit me in August
-that all of the posters we have been hanging up at the University over the past couple of weeks would draw people into English group (we have already gotten a few inquiries)
